Call to Action: Your help needed, dear readers! · 12:57am Mar 4th, 2014
Heya everyone, I'm here to say that I've got something special planned!
I tried getting We Remember Everything published on Equestria Daily awhile back after someone suggested I do so, but the site said I needed to edit it first despite the story being good. In about a week I am going to work on doing just that and will be revamping the entire story! I'll be going back and looking both at all those little errors pointed out previously as well as searching for more, editing the story so that it looks a whole lot better and does not display my most common writing issues.
To be changed:
-Errors due to sleep deprivation, sickness, or just random mistakes will be edited away.
-Small side pieces to the story that I was unable to fit in or forgot to do so earlier will be woven into the entire thing.
-More accurate foreshadowing will be done in the earlier chapters because of how my plan from the initial story changed what with Thor the Dark World and other such things coming into the fold.
-Sentence structures so that they are more clear to readers.
-Anything else I pick up on when I am going through the chapters, as well as the suggestions I received from Equestria Daily oh so long ago.
This is the first of my three goals for this story. To clue you all in, my goals in the long term are:
-Get featured on Equestria Daily
-Get on the front page of Fimfiction (like how I got "Meet the Family" featured)
-Get a TvTropes page, because that would be awesome!
Pretty lofty goals, but not impossible! It's gonna take a lot of work on my part, but it also will need the help of you guys as well! In order to accomplish things like goals 2 and 3 we'd need to branch out and spread word of the story. Any help would be greatly appreciated, since this can be done in any sort of way. Recommending the story to a friend who likes Loki and/or Luna, fanart (a drawing on Deviantart of a character from Meet the Family gave a bump in views) or even just pressing the thumbs up button if you haven't already! It's a lot harder to get established stories on the front page, but I have seen it done! I am hoping that first getting featured on Equestria Daily will help with this, as it should bring an influx of views!
Anyways, if anyone has any thoughts or is willing to help me in some way in the editing process, feel free to comment below or send me a PM! I'm all ears, as I really do want to do my best for the story.

P.S. I am entertaining the idea of possibly giving reign of the story's expanded universe to other writers out there who may be interested. Many have expressed interest in seeing Loki prank more with Rainbow Dash for example, something there is not the most time for in the main story at the moment but could make for an interesting side story. Not 100% certain about this yet, and it wouldn't be happening until the end of the next arc even if it does, but just wanted to put the notion out there! There have been some great collaborative works out there, and so the idea remains.
P.P.S. Mentioned fanart that will be receiving its own journal in the near future. This butler appeared in a small cameo in We Remember Everything in the first main arc!
I wish I could help, but I don't know if I would be the best person to do it.

While I generally advise against dealing with EQD because they are incredibly stupid and no one really goes there for fiction any more, you do definitely need to go clean up the issues with the story. There are a bunch of mechanical errors floating around which could use ironing out, and you already know my thoughts on the bit in the Avengers arc. I would offer to help because I am fairly good at spotting errors and places that could use some cleaning up, but I really do not have the time right now so you will have to find someone else.
As for recommending it to others, I have a gallery on my user page that this used to be in, but I pulled it after the issue in the Avengers arc and am not going to put it back unless that gets fixed because that is a major storytelling problem.
Finally, on the subject of Loki/Dash pranks, that is something you may want to consider folding into Meet the Family. The lighthearted fun will fit fairly well there, and it gives you the opportunity to explore Loki's relationships with other characters a bit more.
Welp- I'm not sure what I could do to help beyond editing this story- I don't have many high up friends on FiMfiction- however I could try to recommend it to some others out there. Perhaps through PonySquare.com, and a few writers who know me for my review/comment essay things here in FiMfiction (still working on a clever name for that so don't ask.)
Anyway- I'll see what I can do. If you need help editing all 100,000 words of this story- I'll gladly help you whenever you need me to. Don't expect me to be all that quick though- you know my reasons in our last talks. Beyond that- I'll see what I can do for you Thunderscourge.
EQD, and TvTropes Eh? .... Welp. I guess there's no better time to start for those goals than right now.
