You know what really disgusts me? Bigotry. Wanna know what disgusts me even more than that? Making bigotry legal in a whole country. For those who are watching the Olympics this year—I'm avoiding it like the Bubonic Plague—I hope you still think of those who are treated this way.
Have a god night, Fimfiction.

^ just one of the reasons I choose not to watch the Olympics this year...
The chills... I don't know much about the Olympics, and I usually don't watch them anyway because it's not really my thing, so I don't quite understand this completely, but the message itself is very clear. And... And I'm usually not one to get into these conversations, and I'm not sure if this is the place to do this or not, but it's time for me to have a rant about this. This is sick -- that people aren't allowed to love whoever they want. I understand that some people are religious, I get that, but -- and I have friends who back me up on this -- even if you are against homosexuals, the least you could do is keep your damn mouth shut. Every day people are ostracized, made fun of and fucking beaten because they like the same gender, and every day people (and yes, I know this doesn't mean everyone. I'm not speaking of the whole religion, simply of the small minority of people in this particular religion that actually do these things) spout out some crap about it being "sinful" or "against God's will". So you're telling me that your God, who supposedly loves his children, forgives all sins, and looks out for all of us wanted you to drive someone to fucking suicide?! That, just because they love some other gender -- even if they are good people who have done literally no wrong -- they'll be cast out and damned to Hell?! This is why I'm so confused about what religion I hold as my own -- because the people carrying God's word are twisting it to fit the situation. God forgives all -- including murderers and rapists -- as long as they give their lives and sins to him, beg for his forgiveness and reform their broken lives. You know, until a guy decides to marry another guy. No, those people who have wonderful hearts and are incredibly forgiving and kind can go burn in Hell.
Okay... I-I'm done now. Sorry for bringing this here, but I felt this was a good time.
1820148 I have absolutely no problem with you bringing this here, Iron. It's actually great to hear people like you speak against this kind of bigotry and say that you support the movement to end it. Everything you just said is basically part of the reason that's driving me to write WKMH. Thank you very much for contributing.
