At some point today, The Sparkle Chronicles got its 2000th view. I am loath to attribute this feat to its inherent brilliance or anything like that, but apparently somepony out there likes it. (Those of you who don't -- well, thanks for coming by, and have a nice day.)
Congratulations Dusty! Good stories get reads - period. The fact that your writings are found and devoured by a new readership simply points to the importance of the piece.
As it should be. It's adorable. I really should reread it all.

Somewhere, with somepony -- or with someone who'd rather be a pony -- it's striking a chord, and not a diminished chord either. I figured some might exist, though not this many.
Nice! Congrats on the milestone.
That reminds me, I need to reread it again...
We aren't many, but we're meaningful. Is there a measure for that?
I hope so.

Perhaps we transcend mere numbers.
My major worry? My son's Significant Other read this story. She said she liked it, but I wonder if it will affect their relationship. ("You didn't tell me you were descended from wackos.")
