Update 1/6/14

Welp, so I'm getting sworn in to the Navy on Thursday, if they find nothing wrong with me physically or mentally.

Also, I'm starting a novel. Intense planning commence, hold on poniwords commence.

*sigh* I just... haven't felt like writing about horses lately. I've exhausted all my muse, and need a break to just... be. (But lets face it, I'll probably still stare at my unfinished fics and be all like 'I must finish this!')

I've found I don't like writing during seasons. Like, we have fresh pony every freaking week--I want to focus on that. I'll compile my ideas into a tonna fics for the Great Pony Drought we experience after every season has gone. And then I'll be cranking those mofos out faster than rat babies, of that I can assure you. And who knows? Maybe time away from my writing will give me fresh perspective on where I wanna take the stories I have unfinished.

Who knows. Creative slump, ya know? Need to work on something else. Which is why I'm going human mode--writing a novel. About humans. Yeah.

Sorry this post is so lackluster. I'm exhausted--I should really get my sleeping situation under control, it was fun at first but now I feel like I need to be more responsible about my health, and several other things that I've neglected in the hayday of my pony obsession. Now I'm relaxed and established in my little corner of the fandom--I've met several awesome buddies through ponies (Lion, Unique, Bekdontraz to name a few) and am genuinely honored to be a part of such an awesome fandom.
