Just a little quickie update. Still writing semi-regularly, Merc and I have crested the 100k word mark on 1199.
So, we're only half-way there.
But inspiration being what it is, I know that I don't have the attention span nor the will to write an entire story without positive reinforcement to keep me going. When we first started working on the project, we decided that we'd start publishing when we were halfway done with the writing.
Well, here we are. So with that, I am contractually announcing the release of the first chapter of 1199 on August 25th.
Merc and I are gonna finish the chapter we just started, and then look over the first three chapters and get them ready for publishing. If any of you would like to look over it with us, send me a PM.
I'm super stoked to share this story with you guys, and I dearly hope you enjoy it.
