So Obselescence recently posted a site blog, and aside its helpful legitimate message, it ended with the story example 'Twilight Sparkle Eats a Peach'.
As of this blog, there are now at least four stories in the Peachverse, including the one that I just crash wrote because omgpeachespeaches.
It's not exactly insightful debate about the ethics of immortal ascendants, but I like it. Check it out if you're inclined. ^_^

1620427 In all seriousness, it'll be shortlived, but for now it's a decent chuckle. On a more cerebral level, this is my (and possibly some other authors') way of reconciling Meta fics being allowed again.

I really should have seen this comming. I was around for The Saga of Dark Demon King Ravenblood Nightblade, Interior Design Alicorn (with original character by Device Heretic) but somehow I didn't. It's gloriously random!
I just learned this was a thing, and it has made my day.
Though for the record, I give it three days.

1622138 As I heard, the ban was blanket lifted, and meta stories are now broadly allowed again. Still subject to the same (likely more, at least at first) submissions approval as any story though.
