"Airheart"
Logical order of events

Week 0
Fluttershy and Big Macintosh are walking through White Tail Woods (like the some times do while Miss Cheerlee is teaching class) when some of Fluttershy's critters scamper up and alert FS that their is a wounded animal.
Critters bring FS and BigMac to the wounded Airheart.
Fluttershy builds a stretcher and the two drag Airheart around the outskirts of Ponyville.

Week 2
That following weekend, Rairity shows up at Fluttershy's cottage wanting an explanation of why she has missed their Spa Day. Fluttershy says she had been taking care of a wounded critter, but failing to mention its something nopony in Equestria has ever seen before.

Week 3
That following weekend, Rairity goes to Twilight and asks her to talk some sense into Fluttershy (who hasn't left her cottage in two weeks). Rairity suspects that something else is going on.
Twilight visits Fluttershy and is refused entry.
Twilight "Pinkie Promises" to not tell anypony, and gains entry to discover the unknown creature (human, Amelia Airhreat).
Twilight returns to Rairity and says that Fluttershy is in fact looking after a wounded critter, but fails to say what it is.

Week 4
It's been four weeks and the creature (Airheart) is fit enough to walk around. Escorted by Fluttershy, they make their way back to where Airheart was found. From there Airheart leads them to her downed airplane (Fluttershy obviously can't identify the craft)
Airheart sets out to repair the damage.

Week 5
The Cutie Mark Crusaders stumble across Airheart and her craft. After discovering she is friendly, Applebloom decides to help rebuild the craft.

Week 6
Applejack shows up at Fluttershy's cottage, looking for Applebloom. While their discussing, Airheart arrives and scares the jeepers out of her. Things almost become violent.
Rainbow Dash goes to Las Pegasus for the Wonderbolt vs Shadowbolt Airshow.
Meanwhile, the citizens of Ponyville gathered in front of Town Hall to discuss the creature that by now many have seen. Mayor Mare consoles the denizens and relays that the creature is harmless and is in the care of the Elements of Harmony

Week 7
—This is the introduction; where the story actually starts; when the reader is introduced to the goings on.—

Rainbow Dash shows up at Fluttershy's cottage and asks FS if she can help preen her. Fluttershy apologizes and offers to pay for a spa treatment in stead. To which RD refuses because she doesn't like strangers touching her wings (and hooves) and claims it would damage her reputation.
This is really just an excuse because RD really showed up to see the "monster" everypony has been talking about since she returned from Las Pegasus. FS reluctantly offers to escort RD to see the creature (Airheart)

Along the way, the two meet up with Pinkie Pie who says the going away party is all set up and everypony is waiting in the clearing (in White Tail Woods, where Airheart's plain is located) and bounces ahead.
RD doesn't know what's going on and asks what's been happening. To which FS recounts the previous parts of the story above.

It's been seven weeks since Airheart crash landed and since, with the help of Twilight's book smarts, Rairity's funding, and Applebloom's hoof-on help, they have rebuilt most of the aircraft and they're ready to try and send Airheart back home through the same rift she arrived from.

Airheart has no speaking rolls, since she doesn't know how to speak Equestrian.
