I don't actually. I was gonna lie and make up some believable bullshit about having something awesome that I couldn't use (region locked DVDs probably), and as such was willing to send over to someone who could use it or wanted it more. Upon deciding against this plan, I decided I might as well leave the title up to remind myself how fucking retardedly low I almost went.

My follower count has more than doubled in the last month. At first, it looked promising. These new peeps seemed interactive, but alas, they have mostly joined the ranks of the silent followers who pay fuck all attention. HAd I gone ahead with my plan, and suddenly people who never normally responded spoke up, I would have told them to fuck off to their shitholes. But please don't. The number alone makes me feel quite special. Just, for the sake of my sanity, could you spare some time for me when I ask my followers things? Or maybe check out the people I promote? My friend has 15 followers, is more active in his writing, and isn't bad at it. For me, that's worth following; someone who actually delivers.

I will admit the fact that the whole internet (not just here) being quiet and slow for the last few days is driving me up the wall, not forgetting my inability to get past a writer's block without help (by the way, thanks for that, the majority of you who did NOTHING) from someone else as editor or proof reader. Sure, I am looking forward to working with who ACTUALLY offered services, but as sod's law goes every time, the people who offer suddenly get busy (and yes, I actually trust they are telling the truth).

So, I say again: Why are you following me? The fics I intend to work on are the good ones that pulled some of you in. I know some of you just returned the favour when I followed you, but I do the same sometimes, AND ACTUALLY RESPOND TO THEIR BLOGS. I would ask, "If I actually offered shit, would you have suddenly perked up?" but most of you won't respond, and those that do will either already be in the good books, or lie and say no, OR BOTH (can't deny it's a possibility).

So, don't STOP following me. I would rather have silent followers over no followers, true... but it doesn't take long to write a comment, and add your own thoughts, actually answer my genuine questions, or even just show appreciation, like the news that 'As He knew it' should be continuing before the year's end.

Lastly, to those that possibly saw this blog because of the tagged fic, and read this far, you now see why I tagged the fic: because you may have missed the earlier blog made solely to announce my renewed effort in the fic. Sorry for wasting your time if you'd already seen that and just decided to silently cheer or something without displaying as such on the currently commentless blog... It really shows how much my ideas are appreciated.

Damn it I need to stop being so needy! BUT I AM NEEDY! The point of putting shit up for all to see is to receive attention, be it good or bad, and work on your abilities accordingly. I can't improve in any way if people just click buttons and say nothing, can I? It's like with getting help on the phone for shit like my PS3. I purposefully find my way to getting to talk to other humans on the phone. Gives a lovely kind of maleable assistance a robotic and/or pre-recorded just can't give.

Welp, that's me done. Sorry to all of you, but at the same time, not really sorry, 'cause I see some of YOUR whiney blogs, and I TRY TO HELP. The number of times I've seen similar follower moans, and feature box moans, and so on... feckin' hypocrits... lovely, feckin' hypocritical followers that won't leave me, and take their silences with them, leaving me with shitty robotic and/or pre-recorded silence.
