    I'm Sorry - 1/6/16

I wish I could say that I have a good reason for leaving this site out of the blue. Or for leaving you guys with no explanation. Or for leaving Doing Science. But I really don't. I'm sorry, everyone - this will be my final blog post for what we can assume will be quite a while, if not forever.

I fixed all of the things - 2/4/14

    Well, here we are again.

    Remember those two chapters?

I was rereading and they sort of lacked.

    They started part two of

    My fanfic, Doing Science.

But they were awkward so I cut them out of the Act.

    They didn't fit the moo-ood

    That I was going for.

And they were fun to write, but

    Editors, anyone? - 9/24/13

Hey, guys. I'm in a very good mood today and have decided to take a big step in my writing career. I would like to find an editor for my writing! While I do think I do well on my own, I also believe that my writing would be even better if it were seen by someone else prior to publishing.

Wow, it's been a while - 11/21/13 · 12:55am Nov 22nd, 2013

Well, it's been practically two months since my last blog post. For those of you that actually read them, I assure you, I am not dead.
First off, I just haven't thought that a blog was warranted for anything that happened over the past two months. Not until now, at least. And even what I'm about to tell you was figured out a few weeks ago, I just never found time to blog it. So I guess that I'll just dive right in.
First off, Chapters 15 and 16 are completed and posted. Also, it took me a while to really know what I was going to do for Act II. When I began Doing Science, I knew how everything would go down plot-wise from the beginning to the end of Act I. When I started Act II, I didn't have a clear ending in mind. So one day I sat down, brainstormed for a while, and wrote out a complete timeline of what was going to happen for Act II.
The Timeline was brutal. It was the monster. The beast itself. It took friggen' forever for me to map everything out exactly how I wanted it. That was because I have another twist ending for Act II. If you've read Doing Science, you know the twist ending for Act I, so I won't reveal it here. But this twist ending for Act II is exponentially more complicated, more in depth, and was far harder to plan out than the first twist ending was. But now that I've gotten it all mapped out, I can begin actually writing it! And as a note, while I did enjoy writing Chapters 13 and 14, they were more filler than anything. I consider Chapters 15 and 16 to be the official beginning of Act II. And that's another change - I won't be releasing single chapters for a little while. For some time, chapters will be released in pairs. That will make more sense at the reveal of the twist of Act II. I have finished writing Chapter 17 and am currently working on Chapter 18. Those two will be released as a pair, so watch out for that.
And one more thing - no, I'm not getting rid of the recording format that Doing Science began on. It's going to be pairs of traditional writing format for a few more chapters and then I'll start releasing pairs that consist of one traditional, one recording. So don't worry, that format is coming back.
Uh...yeah, that's what's happening on that front. As always, thank you for your time and support. You'll love what's coming next, I promise!
Thanks,

-MASH
