Of a Blog Post
Righteo mates! First off, how are you all doing? Honestly I don't care! (I strongly dislike pleasantries!)
Some quick tidbits of news! First off, it seems like quite a few authors have some sort of gimmick with their descriptions, or with the titles of their stories. So I asked myself, 'Am I not gimmicky?' turns out that I am! Hence the presence of... well of the ofs at the start of most of my fics. Get used to of.
Second, I'm working on two fics right now (other than Of Steam Gears and Wings, that is) One is rather short and dull, honestly it might not ever make it here unless I kick myself, the idea is original though, so there's that. I also need a few pre-readers for it (hint). Meanwhile, the other story I am working on is a Co-author project with the one, and only, CheezeSauce Pony! Great fellow, I strongly encourage you to look up his work! I'm not going to drop any hints on that baby until it's done.
Other news related things!
An obnoxiously large thank you to the folks who gave me names in the previous post. Really, there's at least a few hundred there, not to mention over fifty posts.... As a special surprise, I'll try to use a ton of them here and there. (Without ever giving you credit *cue evil laughter of choice*)
Chapter seven of SGW will be a little slow in coming because.... well, I don't have a full time editor, but the one I do have is brilliant, and I haven't found any that compare in terms of skill. Until I do, expect the chapters to roll out on the slow side. I will, on the other hoof, drop tantalizing hints and even a badflank preview of the next chapter, just to get you guys salivating.
Other, other, news! Steam Gears and Wings is almost at two thousand views! And only a few clicks away from getting an extra star on EqD (Major hint)! So thanks to all of you who wasted some of your precious time reading my drivel.
aaaaw, as a follower, part-time editor and reader, this post gives me warm little feelings
With some gimmicks, i see them as trademarks which i sadly only noticed until now (confession: out of your other works, i has only read some of the GREAT AND POWERFUL writing seminar), interesting enough 'Of' was one of the things that got me to make a second glance whenever skimming over EQD's story updates. I can only hope that my stories which i hope to post after exams are done(!)

Though you have no editor, I would suggest just continuing to write chapters out. Then if editor gets more time then needed for Chp 7, he can just keep going. Additionally it would safeguard weeks of getting sick and what not.
In the second to last paragraph you said SWG not SGW will come out soon. Were you a fellow Star Wars Galaxies player?
Lastly, I demand a wookiee character!

I would do that... but my writting sucks pretty hard if it isn't touched up. Bad tenses, unclear sentences. Bad grammar.... Nor do I have the god-like patience to re-read my work.
My grammar isn't great and I still release lol. Just look at it sometime.

But hey, I'm not rushing you, I just need some fimfiction goodness and suddenly my 55 stories just have gone into crawl mode.
