Sorry, I know I've been very inactive for the past few months. I've been busying myself writing the next chapters. Chapter 14 is in the editing stage, and chapter 15 needs some refurbishing before that hits the queue. Unfortunately, even though chapter 14 is in editing, when it will be ready for your eyes is up in the air. As much as I would enjoy accelerating the process, it takes time to get these chapters ready to publish, so I don't have any possible ETA to give.
Still, I can't help but feel responsible about the long wait. But hopefully here is something more uplifting for you (albeit not related to the upcoming chapter), courtesy of paper pony:

Anyhow, yeah, Rosy (or what his true name is) does poorly at DDR, though I must congratulate him for trying. I think he is more of a racing game person (pony?), though.

Chapter 14 nudges towards finalization, much unlike Rosy's dance game expertise 
. If I were to present a simplified guess, however, playing a dance game as a pony would be sort of like wearing solid boots on your finger and toetips as you stepdance, maybe with a lot of "Oh geez, this feels really weird" thrown into the mix if it's not a well-adjusted human-to-pony person.

I shudder to imagine how I would fare in this situation....Most likely worse, even with four standard-issue human limbs. I never played this game and I have good reason to believe that it should stay this way, but with a professional medic nearby...maybe

I've never played DDR, or StepMania, or whathaveyou, but I think that I'd embarrass myself badly if I were to try. Doubly so as a pony. Twice the legs, twice the embarrassment
So, yes, I can understand Rosy's flustered look and interlocked legs.
