Turns out that while all active army is still getting paid (can't say the same for reservists), pretty much every civilian contractor company is not... meaning 0 training, 0 civilian services, and almost 0 paperwork getting done.
I still expect power to shut down sometime soon.

I'm hoping for the same. My NCO didn't like my idea of all of us going home as a show of solidarity for the civilians.
