I've come down with a nasty stomach flu and it's really putting a hold on my writing... and everything else. Hopefully in a few days it'll clear up and I can continue the next chapter of Lord Barleycorn. chapter is almost ready, it just needs a plot hole closed and a proof read.
work on Lost and Blind is taking an interesting turn. It's going to be a big departure from the norm, which I like. The human will arrive in Equestria just a few Month or two before Twilight shows up in Episode 1, and will end up blind and living with Pinkie Pie.
Excuse me... time to crawl back to my bed....

I got a vicious case of sinusitis/bronchitis combined, and I had to go on medical leave from work. So much as trying to attend class in university was hell.

I can't sleep, so I'll answer your question: yup. But he's still going to arrive in ponyville able to see and get blinded in a very stupid incident. The mystery with Celestia will be intact, but I intend on this having several chapters devoted to him assimilating then we follow him as the plots of the episodes go on.
