First, to my current editors, you are not being replaced or fired... the latter somehow doesn't seem like the right term to use there, but whatever, it's a place holder.
Alrighty then, to anyone inquiring, I'm in want of a new editor and two pre-readers if anyone would be so kind as to volunteer their services. The only things I ask is that the editors be shit hot with their knowledge of grammar and their English mechanics, and that the pre-readers be ready to be bothered, alot, for their honest opinions on stories and such, also idea bouncing. It also really helps if the person's applying are just excellent conversationalists as that helps to keep me motivated with my writing.

Would like to help, but I don't think I'd be much use. Could try me on for a bit, just to see if I might actually disprove myself. Probationary period kind of thing.
I can be both an editor or pre-reader, it doesn't bother me if I get either or neither of the 2.
I can be an asshole and pick apart your stories like a douchenugget, if you want. Felt like I'd pitch in my support, at least.
I'd offer to help with the pre-reading, but it looks like your dance card filled right up.
(I won't offer to help with editing. Editing my own tripe is about all I can manage.

You've got lots of volunteers already, but I'll throw up my own offer. I'm pretty damn good when it comes to the English language.
I'll toss my hat in the ring, I'm not always checking so I may be elusive to contact. I do enjoy talking and rolling ideas around, and I usually spot grammar mistakes in other stories, and with that said I feel that I could be of some use.
