Formal Retirement From Fimfic · 5:13am Dec 23rd, 2017
What's there to say? I've had a good ole' run on this site, but I think it's time I finally close the book on my MLP fanfic career. I've made lots of progress as a writer, made some good friends and had a blast doing it, but as of late, I just don't feel compelled to type away at stories about pastel-colored horses like I used to. I've tried, but the spark just won't ignite like it used to. But instead of viewing this as an end, I've decided to take it as the start of a new chapter in my writing career.
I'll never forget where I came from as a writer, and I want to thank any and everyone who's read at least fifteen words of any of my stories before dismissing them as total rubbish. Your enduring tolerance for the space of taken up on this site has made the journey up till now totally worth the sleepless nights, cramped fingers and coffee stains on my laptops. Thanks for being such a great community.
See ya 'round,
Your Antagonist
That's understandable, and whether you write more fanfiction for another series or original fiction, I'll be excited to read them. I wish you all the best on your future writing projects, and thank you for introducing me to the wonderful ship that is SilverBelle.
Was nice knowing you! Still feel bad about the falling out we had, hope you'll have a good one, Ian!
See you, space cowboy.
You're going to carry that friendship.
Thanks for all the good times. I'm glad to see a good author retire to better pastures on their own terms. No matter what you choose to write in the future, I'm sure it will be great.
Helping you was a joy.
Please stay in contact.
~Skeeter The Lurker
First of all while you're still here, please don't nuke your entire gallery like what most artist/arthors do when they decide to move on with their life. There are people who likes your stories and will be sadden when there's nothing to come back to.
Second. Reading how this show/fandom doesn't interest you anymore and won't be uploading stories here anymore. Is there another site you go to where you uplpad other stories?
Third. Thanks for the heads up on letting us know that you decided to move on. Most people wouldn't say a word and stop coming here. For that I appreciate that and good luck in the future.
It was wild.
Good luck and fare thee well
it's been a trip man,
Good luck
Fair well.
It was a good time indeed.
I would hope to have you around again if you'd ever decide to pop in some day in the near or distant future.
If you are ever compelled to write about pretty little ponies again there is always a place to call home here.
Dragon
It's been a delight to know you and I hope you'll keep us posted on what you write next.
Was great having you here, hope you enjoy whatever comes next. And running into you at Bronycon 2015 was one of the highlights of the weekend.
I know I'm late on this, but godspeed and good luck on your future endeavors.
Thanks for all the words!
