Greetings my fellow bronies of the world! Yes I have two new stories for you, ones that I have been talking about for a long time, but now I can talk more about them.

1. The Assassination of Twilight Sparkle

Summary: One year after her coronation, Princess Twilight Sparkle is dead. Killed by her own subjects out of fear and jealously. After the funeral, Princess Celestia isolated herself from the world; mourning the loss of her brightest student and daughter figure.

But she cannot weep forever. She must take control of her duties once more. Haunted by the memories of the assassination, and its aftermath, Celestia slowly makes her way to Twilight's resting place to find some closure.

This story was originally going to be a one shot, but due to some complications I made it into a short story. Now all the chapters are done, but they need some revision and editing, but should be posted up in a weekly process. This story was originally going to be sort of my message to the anti Alicon-Twilight people who kept responding with hate over the change without giving it a chance. It was mostly in citizism, not hate, against those who were causing conflict in the fandom by deeming this "The end of ponies". Especially those who threatened and insulted the staff. While that's no longer a huge issue anymore, I decided to rather focus on my belief that ponies are a paranoid race, reacting to change in horrible ways to the point where they are willing to kill for it. In this case, Twilight Sparkle has been turned into the next princess of equestria, but a lot of ponies are not taking this well and fear that she will either overpower the princesses (due to her freakish magical powers) or hate her efforts to give new changes to Equestria that go against tradition.

The story will be told by Celestia's point of view and while it starts four months after the assassination, there will be flashbacks detailing it and the aftermath. This type of Celestia might be a bit different then you normally see, because I wanted to show a "broken Celestia who placed everything on one pony she cared about, but lost her" and feels betrayed and hurt. So maybe she might be a bit OOC, but I think I made it reasonable.

2. Date at Dodge Junction

Summary: After receiving two tickets to Dodge Junction's Founder's Day Festival, Applejack invites Rainbow Dash to join her in what looks to be a great time full of fun, games, rides, food, and more. But hidden behind all this is an opportunity for Applejack to finally tell Dash how she feels about her. Can the farmpony manage to confess between all the excitement?

Here it is my entry for the AppleDash contest. Last time I took place in one, I won the "Getting into a relationship" part with my current best fic "Treating Her Right". In this one, there is only one winner spot and I hope to take it with this baby. Its got comedy, adventure, cuteness, romance, and I went with a general over feel of how an episode is in MLP. The fic is halfway done and I'll get started on Act III soon! Please thumps up, fave and comment on how awesome it is to show them judges who rocks!
