So, even though most of my blog posts are pretty devoid of views, I'll give this thingy a shot. I probably won't be getting really going on any of these right away, but that's a perfect excuse to take some time to gauge interests.
I've got four ideas currently swimming through my head. They are as follows:
1. Pillow Talk Rewrite - Poor Pillow Talk probably should have stayed an obscure one-shot, but I decided to try and expand it and now it's in trouble. It has some glaring plot issues that are not yet apparent, but are making it very difficult to continue the story, hence why it has stalled for so long while my attention has drifted to other ideas. I plan to go back and rewrite the existing chapters, fixing some of the smaller plot issues that people have pointed out, fixing the big ones that are hidden to all but me, and fixing some of the characterization that feels off now that I have a better handle on the ponies in question. I would probably rewrite everything as well as prepare the next chapter and release the rewritten chapters over the course of a week or so, finishing with the totally new content.
2. A sequel to The Nature of Pony Magic - Dubbed The Study of Pony Magic, there would be hints of AppleDashLight, but mainly it's a headcanony piece formatted as the original draft copy of the book Twilight publishes as a result of her research. Each chapter would be presented as a case study of a specific pony, preceded by a short anecdote of the characters at some point during the research itself. Because it's Twilight's original, it will have side notes and words lined out that would have been edited out of publication copies.
3. A full length fic based on the Monitor prompt I wrote for the AppleDash group prompt tag. Equestria's population growth is in trouble due to a combination of an unusually high percentage of same-sex relationships and a lack of currently known reproductive assistance magic. Celestia must ensure something is done about this and chooses Ponyville as the epicenter for her machinations. She is startled to discover that the relationship between two of the element bearers (Applejack and Rainbow Dash, of course) has escaped her notice until now and takes some time to study their relationship before deciding to plant the idea of them having a foal of their own with Twilight's help to research the magic involved.
4. A Luna/Dash/(aged up)Scootaloo love triangle fic - An odd idea I had some time ago. Dash adopted Scoots as a younger sister at first and helps her learn to fly and get her cutie mark, but they eventually start sleeping together (after Scoots grows up, naturally) and have a pretty steady relationship going. However, ever since Sleepless in Ponyville, Luna has been coming to rescue Scoots from her ever increasing number of nightmares from which a second relationship eventually develops. May or may not come with alternate endings (ScootaDash, ScootaLuna, ScootaLunaDash) depending on whether I can work them into the story properly. The story may be presented out of chronological order.

Numbers 2 and 3 are the two I am overwhelmingly in favor of, though all four of the prompts look interesting.
The dash/luna/scoots one sounds really squicky to me. The idea that Dash adopts and raises scoots like a sister and then they grow up and start sleeping together just sounds too unlikely. It's just the whole going from seeing her as a sister to a lover that bothers me. Drop that part and it sounds really cool.

If anything, Dash would be more of a mentor than a big sister. Dash doesn't really have a nurturing instinct and if Scoots is an orphan, she's got to be pretty independent.
1040281 It's still the fact Dash would formally or informally adopt her as family and then start sleeping with her. I can't see that going over well socially, especially if she did formally adopt her.
