Regarding "A Queen & You" · 6:49pm Feb 18th, 2013
So, as stated in the title, this post will regard my story "A Queen & You", from Past, Present and Future.
I have the next four chapters (IX-XII) written.
These will be the final four chapters of the story.
Alot has changed since I first started writing this damn thing.
It was originally a self-insert story, that coming out of my insane adoration for Chrysalis.
Hell, it still technically is, since the layout of "Your" apartment in the story is the layout of the one I used to live in in real life.
I wrote it in the Second Person POV just so people wouldn't suspect an insert.
Good News: People didn't suspect a thing.
Bad News: It got kinda popular.
So, with the story growing in popularity, I had to change my plans from following me and my awkward-ass self to "You" and Chrysalis.
I'd say it worked.
As I was writing Chapter Two, I realized I had no idea where the fuck the story would go.
Like I said earlier, the story was originally a self-insert, and that wouldn't have been anything special, just Chrysalis and I hanging out.
Also like I said, the story got kinda popular.
With that realization and those two facts in my mind, I had to think of something quick.
I took a leap, and I'd say it worked out.
Slowly, over the first five chapters, I built up these two living together.
One, being the Changeling Queen she is, was a total bitch to "You", and would have to stay that way for some time.
"You", being the thing you are, deal with it.
A note on that: People did not seem to like it when Chrysalis bossed "You" around. Though I probably wouldn't like it either, I wouldn't go as far as to kill her like some of the comments suggested.
Later on, a friendship would slowly build between both of you.
Later-er on, "Your" feelings would be revealed, and the "leap of faith" I mentioned earlier would finally happen.
People responded to it with a resounding "Eh".
Good enough for me, motherfuckers.
Also, not gonna put this little note in italics, but some people wanted clop in the story.
I have nothing against then or that, but I wanted to keep it clop-free for those readers that didn't approve of writing of that type.

I'm sorry. I would've put clop in there, but some people wouldn't have liked. It would have been romantic clop though, not just crazy, wild fucking. That's not to say that there won't be clop for this sometime later, though.

Anyway, back to the last few things i've gotta say.
As stated at the very beginning, I have the final four chapters of this story written.
It's much different from what I thought the story was going to originally end with, and I liked that about these chapters.
It's crazy what I've done, and I feel both sad and glad for going through with it.
This story has come so far since first being posted, what with changing from a shameless self-insert to an actual story.
I'm sure that I don't say this enough, but I fucking love you guys and girls.
Without you, none of this would've happened, and I fucking love you all for allowing me to tell my crazy tale.
