Right now I am quite miffed.
Me and writing have a long history together. From mild dislike to extreme dislike to love. It's been a rollercoaster of a relationship.
So, when I found out about the show, I decided I should make a fanfiction. It was a HiE, yet original. No, this was not TERMINAL5. This was Crossing The Red Line. Many of you may be saying "WTF IS THAT?!" or "WHY DOES THIS MATTER?!"
Well, I poured my soul into this story. It was up to 6,000 words when I found EQD. Now, this alone took a entire weekend with nothing but writing. So I was pleased. I submitted my work. A day passes. And another. Finally I received an email.
They rejected it.
I was heartbroken. Not only was it rejected, bit they gave half-assed reasons why it wasn't good enough. In my fit of rage, I wrote a sloppy, boring and hastily made gore fic. Then that was rejected too. I made a vow NEVER to submit to EQD again.
Fast forward to last Tuesday. I want people to read TERMINAL5. What author doesn't want their works read? So I contemplate sending it to EQD. Naturally I am hesitant, for I remember the last time I tried. After gaining support from a reader, I decide to submit it. A day passes. And then another. Finally I get an email.
THEY FUCKING REJECTED IT!
I do not curse much. In fact, I would say I never curse. But this, oh this MAKES ME SO ANGRY!!!!!!!
*takes deep breath*
Okay, perhaps I'm over reacting. What are their reasons?
1. Formatting non existent
Well that's harsh. I put a lot of thought into my story's formatting. I agree a little, some of it is difficult to read. Paragraphs are a little bard to distinguish. So this is valid. Easily fixable (for most stories) but a logical complaint nonetheless.
2. Too confusing

Don't get mad
It's hard to get into EQD with these kind of stories, as the concept is little bit odd. And I know EQD has some far more weirder fics on display than what Terminal is 
so just work harder and try to over come these so called reasons.
