Coming soon! A real Human in Equestria story!
I've been working at this bloody thing for a couple of months now. The prologue's going through final editing right now, and the first chapter is written, and ready for primary editing. It should be up by Saturday.
My goal is a chapter every 2 to 3 weeks; I don't know if the realities of work and theatre are going to allow that, especially as spring approaches (the local theatre group is doing "The Princess Bride," and how can I say no to that?).
Regardless, this is going to be a fairly serious story, along the lines of Arrow 18, or how I see Just Passing Through developing.
I'm trying to avoid all the common cliches in these stories. You, the readers, will be the judge of how well I've done.
I intend to try to publish a blog entry congruent with each chapter, which will cover references to other fan works. I realize that not everyone will have read the same things that I have; therefore your headcanon is not my headcanon.
I am attempting to keep this as true to the MLPverse as it stands as of Apple Family Reunion. If something happens later which horribly contradicts what I've already written, I will say, in the words of the great Ralph Waldo Emerson, "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds." and let it stay.
If I have enough follows and likes, I'll try to see if I can commission a good coverart: my drawing skills are limited to stickponies.
