Been ages since I've done a non-groups-related blog post type thing, but a good friend of mine recently put out a story and I figured he could use some more attention.
This is the part where I whine about my personal life and how school/work/family/ice dancing lessons are cutting into my writing time and I'm really trying to get stuff done but why does life conspire against me so?
I made an editing group! And it only sucks a little bit!
Also writing is supposed to be happening, but I made banner artwork for the group instead.
My priorities are in the most perfect order ever.

He said he wanted a writing cutie mark or a saxophone cutie mark, so I combined the two. Vectored the quill entirely by hand, and traced a .jpg I got from Googling "alto sax," though had it given me anything other than a bari sax I wouldn't know the difference because I'm a euphonium player and I can't saxophone. Also colored the sax that way because his is actually black with gold... things... on it, so it's relevant.
