Today is Kathleen Barr's birthday. She is the talented woman who voiced Trixie and Queen Chrysalis in FiM, as well a host of other one-off or otherwise minor roles. And, apparently, she was planned to be the voice of Princess Celestia originally.

Of course, Kathleen has had many other voice acting roles over the years and decades. These include (but are not limited to): Miss Anna Twombly in the 2012 Littlest Pet Shop reboot, Kevin and at least one of the Canker sisters in Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy, Roll in the 1994 Ruby Spears Mega Man cartoon, and Rudolph, Clarice, and Mrs. Claus in the 2001 movie Rudolph and the Island of Misfit Toys.

Happy birthday, Kathleen. I hope you continue to be blessed with many great voice acting roles for years and years to come.
