Alrighty fellow music lovers, it's another Monday in March, and you know what that means!
... 'cause you read the title 
This one doesn't have as much of a back story.
Some years ago, I was watching YouTube videos of America's Got Talent, as one does. I can't remember if I was looking for something in particular that I'd seen before, or if it just happened to pop up due to the algorithm and I was curious enough to click on one and then go down the rabbit hole, who can say? maybe it was Puddles Pity Party, or Darci Lynne, or it could have been when I was watching Penn and Teller's Fool Us and Piff the Magic Dragon got recommended.
Anyway, however it happened this one came up in my recommended and I clicked on it.
I generally don't watch reaction videos or 'singer reviews' videos, although there a few songs where I do, where it has enough of an impact that I want to see how other people reacted to it, or how they explained it—like Wolf Hunterz reaction to Floor Jansen and Henk Poort singing Phantom on Beste Zangers. Suzy Q knows how high Floor is gonna sing and Travis doesn't . . . anyway if you don't know who Floor Jansen is, the top comment on that video says "[Floor] is a valkyrie and has been allowed human form to enchant us."
That having been said, the video I'm about to grace y'all with has been reviewed by a bunch of YouTubers; their reaction can mostly be summed up by what Billyplay FYE said: "What is this? What on this earth?"
Beth Roars, a vocal coach, admitted she has no idea how to do what he's doing. But I know.
He's a druid, and he speaks for the Earth.
If you didn't get sidetracked and click on any of those links, I highly recommend scrolling back up and clicking on the Darci Lynne one. The fact that she's got the chops to sing what she sings is already amazing enough; the fact that she does it you gotta watch the video is mind-blowing.
To say that was amazing just doesn’t do his singing justice…it was mesmerizing and powerful. It seemed like ancient voice that I knew but had heard for the first time. Fantastic and enthralling.

I have found people reacting to Wired Al songs to be interesting. It always surprises me when they haven’t heard his songs and get pulled in by a parody of a song they know. They seem surprised at just how versatile he is and just how is world play is next level.
After that performance i half expected the man to simply fade from view rather than walk off the stage

Yeah, there's just something about him where you know he's an Old One, and it doesn't matter at all that you don't know what language he's speaking, because the truth is you do know. I think it's not unlike the Song that Steve eventually learned in The Haunting.

A couple of my friends were listening to Weird Al songs when they were on study abroad in Spain. Some of his 'love ballads' had them cracking up, and the locals who didn't understand the lyrics were very confused at why they were laughing to what was clearly a very romantic song . . . Weird Al has a hell of a range and an enormous talent.
