I just recently found out what happened right about now.
He’s one of the reasons my childhood was amazing . I remember being excited on Saturday nights. To watch DBZ and DB on Toonami in the early 2000s. RIP Akira Toriyama a big Kamahama Ha and Thank You!
He made such an iconic anime/manga.
May he rest in peace and his Dragonball creations will always be remembered.

I remembered throughout my childhood watching his stories. I'll always be grateful to have watched his creations. Except for GT, but you know what I mean.
Oh man... The anime medium won't be the same without him. May his legacy go on forever.

Toriyama was the reason I got interested in anime in the first place. I was about 11 when I watched Dragonball Z for the first time back in 1996 one Sunday morning through one of the local channels (we didnt have cable then, we watched the channels from an actual antenna). And I was HOOKED. i still enjoy DragonBall Z even when Im gonna to be 40 in a couple of years. Truly a low day when a legend like him had to go on to everlasting glory.
Saynorara, Toriyama-son. You will be missed.

I first saw DBZ on Toonami, it was one of my inspirations for my cartooning, so I guess I should thank him. 
Saynorara, Toriyama Sensei, may the Saiyans of old and The Heavenly Father welcome you with open arms.
