Happy Valentine's Day, and some Updates! · 8:01pm February 14th
First of all, the IRL stuff is finally getting sorted AND we've got some good news about my wife's Canadian Citizenship we've been waiting for to finalize. So, very happy about that. Literally just a stone's throw away from reaching that finish line now.
Next, I've actually been getting back into writing, though it's sporadic. Working on a new chapter for "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children" and also trying to work on another "Quiet Valley" chapter. I haven't started the next chapter for "The Gray Chapter", but I do have plans on it.
Speaking of writing, I've been thinking a lot about my other, very personal project and I think I figured out the ending for it. I was actually struggling a bit on how to do that, funnily enough, but the solution ended up being much simpler than I figured.
Lastly, I had actually also been doing some art, and one of the pieces I did was a small Valentine's day image for my lovely wife. However, due to current circumstances, I can't finish it until I've re-taken the "light table" from the Christmas decor that's still up. Maybe I'll get to that and be able to properly clean it up. I WAS planning on also posting the image here, but I'm not sure if I really should. Maybe I'll edit the post later if I decide to do so...
Anyway, yeah, things are progressing smoother now, despite the rough fist month. Here's hoping I get more stuff done soon.
