Sassy Saddles Potential · 5:06pm January 15th
Recently I've come across the character Sassy Saddles and realized that, due to the near blank slateness of her character, she would be good for a displaced story... however, the problem I have discovered is determining a good world to send her to. The current ideas I've come up with are adding her to Luna's Diablo 3 story, or possibly using her in the Dead Space games and use the remake in place of the first game... however, if you guys have any other possible ideas for her and want to see her as the mc of a story, I'm open to exploring other possibilities.

Are games and such that present themselves as taking place in alternate possibilities of the real world off the table? Specifically the kind that take place in real places, like cities and such, but under fictitious circumstances? Because I find myself wondering what somepony like Sassy Saddles might do when thrust into the story of Prototype. How would she handle Blacklight? I find it particularly fascinating to think about when considering that her first appearance in canon showed that she had a tendency to take her ambitions and run with them, stopping only when the consequences of her own hubris are all but shoved in her face.
We never saw this side of her in later episodes, but who's to say what an insidious virus like Blacklight might be able to do with that? After all, it was able to take a man like Alex Mercer, who's worry for his sister was pretty much the only thing keeping his identity at the forefront post-infection/assimilation and thus the core virus in check, and twist that into an obsession that would lead to him planning to turn all of humanity into Blacklight as an 'evolution to humanity'.
Metroid?
Have Samus try to teach this (potentially anthropomorphic) pony how to at least control her ambition.
Prototype and Metroid are very good suggestions from the others.
While personally, you already did a Dead Space Trilogy with Chrysalis.
While adding her in Luna's own story in the Diablo Verse seems tedious to just add another MLP character in the middle of another's journey?
Since Sassy Saddles has some flaw of uncontrollable ambition? Maybe being a treasure hunter like Nathan Drake in Uncharted would be poetic?
How about Sailor Moon? She could be Sailor Eqquis or whatever you call the planet? I am sure Luna would get a kick out of “In the name of the Moon I will punish you!”

I did ONCE heavily suggested new Game Universe's like Ace Combat/Project Wingman or Sniper Elite V2-5/Zombie Army 1-4. Or Gears of War and Halo.
Or the Crash Bandicoot series. ( Since you did Ratchet and Clank, Spyro, Sly Cooper, and Jak and Daxter. )
And probably Skylanders too. Due to Spyro, and a reference in the Jak and Daxter story for example.
P.S. I'm not saying to give up on the Dead Space Remake. ( The Diablo verse with Luna is her own thing. Unless you want to do Diablo 1, 2, and 4 with different characters? )
You could still do the Dead Space Remake on it's own thing, but there is still no remakes for DS Two and Three as of yet.
So I don't know how you add the Dead Space 1 Remake Timeline, to the original DS 2 and 3?
P.S.S. And Prototype is still a good suggestion, since it's in the same game eras of Infamous and Uncharted.

You literally put Twilight Sparkle in two different stories in the Demon War Saga Multiverse? Dragon Ball Z/Super series and Jak and Daxter's Game Verse!!??

5763849 Sci Twilight. During the newer Jak story I was told multiple times that the Twilight there was actually more like Sci Twi, so I used the Portal outside Canterlot High to get Sci Twi into the Demon War series... thus allowing me to send Princess Twilight to the new DBZ story.

5763861 Your ideas are sound. People seem to like sending Sassy to the Prototype world, so I might settle on that idea. As for using Crash, I really haven't played the games before, so I don't know enough about it to even know who to send there.
As for the Dead Space series, the idea had been to use the remake of the first game to replace the first, then move into the second, and make massive alterations to the third.
As for the Diablo games, I have no plans to do 1 or 2, but I do have an idea on how to use 4 after finishing 3 while using Luna as the mc.

Actually, only Moonlight_Mist and myself are interested in the potential Prototype storyline, so far.
While others think of Metroid or Sailor Moon.
I also personally suggested Uncharted for Sassy Saddles to help with her ambition by Nathan Drake, Victor "Sully" Sullivan, Sam Drake, Chloe Frazer, Elena Fisher, and other allies/friends.
Or maybe this game verse adventure goes for Daring Doo instead. I don't think you did her as of yet?
As for Crash Bandicoot, like I said from previously long ago. There is Wiki and YouTube Playthrough videos that can quite easily help you out.

Sure, you used her many times before.
But, she is only used in Jak and Daxter ( Ironically ) in the Universe 13 saga. Then in Minecraft with Octavia, but isn't part of the Demon War Saga.
And Pinkamena went to Demon Slayer.
And if not Pinkie for some reason, another wacky character will be Cheese Sandwich.

5763871 The problem with using Daring Doo in the Uncharted series is that someone else has done it... at least, I'm pretty sure someone else has used her in that world.
As for Pinkie, I had thought to use her for the Bleach world... however, given that Cheese is a lesser version of her at times, I guess he could work with Crash.
If I did a new Dead Space story, I would use a totally different character, use the remake to make the first game better, keep the second game mostly untouched, and then make changes to how the third ends.
On the topic of Diablo, you got it. I want to focus on the new games, namely the third since I know it better than the others, even though I do have ideas on how to weave 4 into the story.

I do seen my own fair share of seeing similar "Displaced Pony teleported and adopted" type of stories like yours or Tatsurou.
But I don't think I seen one with Daring Doo displaced and adopted by Nathan Drake/Sully from Uncharted Franchise?

On the topic of Bleach, this time I intend to do many different things that will make it different from Sombra's take on things.
As for Dead Space, I actually wasn't planning on making it part of the Demon War series... maybe just a standalone story, or maybe the start of a smaller series in the future. I'm not totally sure to be honest.

Also, out of the other games, the only one I've even remotely touched was the one Halo game where you could play as the lizard alien as part of the story.

5764084 I know I planned a lot for the Demon War series, and I've certainly slowed down from writing three stories at a time to writing two, so I've had to remove a few ideas from the table to make sure the current saga can be complete in a timely manner. I have two other stories I would like to do for the Demon War before we start the end of it all, those being Pinkie's story and the Bloodborne story... once those two and the existing ones are done I'll wrap up the ongoing saga.
After the Demon War, well, I should be able to write more stories.
