Progress Report: Study- Chapter 8 · 9:26am Dec 21st, 2012
Good news everyone, after a number of delays due to holidays, my labtop choosing suicide, starting Embarrassing Parents, planning out a new story, and other struggles, Chapter 8 of Study has been completed and has been sent to my prereaders to tear into and reduce me to tears for all the mistakes I have made. So if all goes well I should have the chapter out sometime this weekend or Monday at the latest.
After that I plan on cracking away at the next chapter and/or finale of Embarrassing Parents. I don't think EP will take more then three chapters to complete, but I'll just have to see how the word count works out. I don't like throwing chapters that have over 15,000 words at my readers given how much of a grind it can be to read that much in one sitting, and because of how exhausting that can be to write and then edit. After Embarrassing Parents I will either crack out another chapter of Study or perhaps get to work on my new story depending on my mood and where Embarrassing Parents stands.
My writing might be a bit sketchy through the holiday period given I'm going to be spending time with family. So I might either get a ton or writing done or none. But you can bet by the time January rolls in I will be back in full writing form.
