New story: Tetrarchy

In the world of quirks, All Might was the eighth user of One For All, the Symbol of Peace, and the undisputed #1 hero through the power of his strength and speed alone.

In the world of parahumans, All Might is the fourteenth user of the Butcher shard, with more powers than he can shake a stick at, but also much stronger competition, and plenty of other problems on top of that. So that kinda sucks for him.

Well, even if he's not number one, he can at least aim for top four.
