Who wants to do a little proofreading for yours truly? The next chapter of A Day With Friends is done, as is the first chapter of FiMFriction, but for once I think I'll get a second (or third, fourth, etc.) opinion before I publish these, despite mine clearly being superior (if you actually take my cockiness seriously then you're an idiot).
Obviously you should tell me what qualifies you to be a proofreader (aka, I was in AP English, I'm an English major, or some better known stories you have proofread would all suffice), and if you list something that turns out to be obviously bullshit, then I'll... probably just never send you a chapter to proofread again. I can't nor do I care enough to think of a meaningful threat.

Lexile score of 1700+, and I'm not afraid to call bullshit when I see it.
My mother was an English major so I've had to speak correctly ever since i could speak, my uncle is an English teacher so whenever he came to visit he brought his class' tests and from time to time i helped grade them. I've got a fair grasp of the language seeing as it is my native one and perhaps most convincing of all, my computer has spellcheck.

Just about every computer in the world has spell-check. You don't have to be a genius to know how to use it.
Not that I'm volunteering myself, mind you. I'm afraid I don't have the time that I used to... I'm just glad that WandererD and Cardslafter have slowed down, or else I might not have a life outside of pre-reading! XD
Well, I'm not an English major or anything, but I write pretty damn well and I have to write a lot for my research papers etc. I'm actually kind of beast at proofing papers (not to be modest or anything XD) and actually give an honest opinion about people's writing.
Also, I have spell-check.
I would proofread for grammar and spelling, I have a little trouble with letting my stories flow, though. When I read stories, I usually find grammar and spelling mistakes, but say nothing. I'm not old enough to be an English major or anything, though. (By the way, only 1 spelling mistake has been spotted in any of my FIMfiction stories, and no grammar mistakes!)
This may sound weird, but if you choose me, I would prefer it if you didn't give me credit for it.
And not to brag or anything, but I'm in Mensa and take Hopkins math and reading courses- reading over the summer and I'm in the middle of math right now! (I'm homeschooled.)
