The parts of her mane around her shoulders kind of looks like Bayonetta's hairdo in Bayo 3. But then again, I don't simp for Bayonetta either. And even if I did, Opaline is no Bayonetta.

Opaline could be an abusive self-absorbed witch that we love to hate.
Instead 90% of the time she's a nearly clueless moron who has names for her hairbrushes.

I suspect that years of isolation from reality has resulted in much of this cluelessness (not to mention she used Misty to do everything). You try dropping a pampered rich kid in the middle of nowhere and see how long they survive for.
