The question is for Dragon Quest. Is there going o be anything changing for that? I guess Rainbow Dash won't be teasing Spike like she did in canon. And will everypony travel with Spike on his journey to the dragon lands?
I ask because for this I bet Fluttershy will go full mamma wolf if Garble and his gang attempt to attack Spike.
Also shipping-wise...might be stupid, but do you have any plans to ship Spike with anypony? I mean obviously not the Mane 6, but anypony else close to his change like one of the CMCs, or Gabby?

Spike will be shipped with Rarity. Yes, the Mane 6 will all follow him. I'm also thinking Garble reveals he was responsible for Fluttershy's fear of dragons in the first place.

I am quite curious about Mysterious Mare-do-Well.
With the way the characters are being portrayed here, I am not sure that is something they would do, or not go as far with it at least.

I was thinking of making Mare-Do-Well an entirely separate character and Rainbow assumes the rest of the Mane 6 are using that identity to make her look bad, an accusation that upsets them. I'm also thinking that Rainbow gets herself injured trying to keep up with Mare-Do-Well, at which point her friends have to rescue her.

That does sound interesting, but somewhat sounds like Anon-a-Miss from the comics.
Character is blamed for something that, at a surface level, seems like it is there fault, but it actually isn't their fault.
Also, with Rainbow being Loyalty, am unsure she would be that quick to assume her friends are doing that behind her back.

That is true, maybe the Mare-Do-Well character purposfully gets Dash to think it is the others? That way, it is still mostly Dash's fault for falling for the trick, but there is also blame on Mare-Do-Well, do give a complex narrative where nobody is fully in the right, and everyone has faults?

-Luna Eclipsed: Pinkie Pie realizes that Luna is not having fun, but rather sad because of her tragic past, and Rainbow Dash became serious at the moment when Luna became sad, the same thing happens with the Ponyville ponies about Luna's situation, who didn't know anything especially Fluttershy (Luna is his desing of Season 1)
-The Mysterious Mare Do Well: Scootaloo with other ponies they saw about the truth of Mare Do Well, and they were very angry about the Mane 6, the rest looks like the comic Alone with Scootaloo apologied Rainbow Dash for leaving it aside and the Mane 5 for being mean to their
