The title of the chapter itself is a reference to Everything Everywhere All At Once, a really fantastic film I recommend everyone watch.
The opening scene with the song Stuck in the Middle With You is a reference to the infamous torture scene from Reservoir Dogs
The container that Doll Starlight is in as a gift for Twilight is very loosely inspired by the ridiculous SNL skit Alan
One of the scenarios, I won't say which, is directly inspired by some roleplay conducted with my SO :P
Starlight turned into a snail includes a line which is a reference to the Harlan Ellison short story I Have No Mouth and Must Scream
The Rock conversation is also taken directly from Everything Everywhere All At Once
The scenery where Discord says "That turtle had it coming" is a reference to the opening scene of Blade Runner where a Voight Kampf test is being conducted.
Discord notes he needs to go torment a Frenchmen, which is a throwaway line about Q and Jean Luc Picard from TNG
