You're all wondering "why am I putting this up?" well I love Mega Man. But more importantly it pertains to something that I will now explain.
A while back I said I may make a group for FoE monthly challenges well that's not going to happen for the simple reason that nobody ever did them. But I am going to maker a group devoted to FoE crossovers due to my new crossover fic "The Sky's Heart," and I had some ideas for crossovers people could do. The first I'll tell you right now Mega Man.
It's a simple concept really in a part of the wastes where pre-war they were renound for robotics a scavenger finds an odd blue robot. They activate it and the jearny begins. The scavenger also accidentally (and unknowingly) activated the robots siblings who were built to aid but re-programmed to destroy (though eventually are fixed and work as normal again).
Now then a few things that will need to be done is rather than leveling up the robot will get upgrades based on who her beat that chapter. You will also need to include DLN-000 and 003 (Proto Man and Roll) somehow. The scavenger might be Roll but if you do this she needs to become a cyberpony sometime or you could just have them become team members later. Corse the robot needs to fight Proto a few times first.
Some suggestions for interesting things to do would be reference the fandom like that awesome comic does. Reference The Meagas, Brentalfloss, and that crazy awesome fan movie. Also reference annoyances like have a chapter named Legends 3 or Universe be dreams. And later incarnations like one where one of the robots gets a virus call it "Battle Network," or one focusing on space and call it, "Star Force," then later on the robot becomes upgraded and starts a new life as X with Zero as a best friend. Also in all of the Mega Man incarnations and fandom there's more then enough quotes to put a Mega Man quote at every chapter beginning.
