HOLY SHIT! IT'S THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF UNIVERSAL! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! HI I'M THE 21ST, AND I'M DRINKING TONIGHT BABY! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Hello guys and gals. It is me once again, and obviously we a reason to celebrate today. Today marks 10 official years of Universal Magic. Can you believe it? I know I can't. Really I don't know what to say or feel. So I pre-wrote a speech thing. Take your time...
What is there to say? It’s been ten long years. And honestly I didn’t think this day would come. It didn’t seem like this day would ever come or if I would be alive to see it. But here I am, the big one zero. And I couldn’t be more happy to see it. This may not be the most beloved story on the site and only a handful seem to read what I have taken countless hours to write. But even then and being over hundred dislikes and such, I couldn’t be happier right now. I know not everyone gets it. And I know not everyone understands that I don’t care about what others think about it. And while I would like for them to give it a like and say it’s great, I’m fine being this small. I’m fine with just all of you and all that stick around to read it. It all means a lot to me that you all do and that you see something in it I hope.
And while this won’t take me to the moon, I am filled with joy writing this. I have fun doing it. I love doing it. And while at times it can be stressful to write, trying to manage the outline and doubting myself at times when I think can’t write it. And it’s hard to even find the time to write sometimes. Despite all of the setbacks, I still look forward to making this. I enjoy and have fun coming up with the characters, the stories, and the episodes and everything about it. And I have come a long way, long ways from what was originally supposed to be like 68 episodes I think and it was just going to be a smaller thing. I probably wasn’t going to even reach 500K maybe. But over the years, I’ve continued to grow it and nurture it. And I’ve changed some things and I feel like I have even improved some things over the years.
There have been many changes over the years if you couldn’t tell. Changes that I think some of you are not aware of. But that’s beside the point. The point I’m trying to say that Time is the Ultimate Magician. And I never expected to get UM to where it is now. Hell, it seemed like a far away dream to reach one million words. Yet here I am. Of course right now it feels like a far away dream to reach two million words. And who knows, maybe I’ll see the day when that actually happens. But until then I still have lots of work to do with it. But for now I would like to thank everyone who reads it and reads these stupid little blogs of mine. Thank you all for sticking around when you don’t have to. I’m just some loser on the internets writing this stuff because I want to. Especially when I’m not finding success amongst the majority on here.
For me though that’s fine, I can live with that. But for the rest of you, I couldn’t ask for better. And I thank you for that. I also would like to thank the people who I have met over the years that aren’t with us anymore. Some just come and go and others… well… pass on to the other side. But still, I’d like to thank you all who have made not only a great ten years of UM for me, but a ten great years on this site as well. Aside from the PFA, I’ve had a good time on here. Sure I’ve had some rough spots in the early years; and while I may not interact outside of my own little zone, I’m still glad to be here. And if anyone else that I may know (you too Kangaroo bangers; you know who you are) thank you too I guess.
And I wish you the best as well. This may not seem as much to all of you, but to me this moment means something to me. A decade has come and gone. Things have changed for me in my personal life; some for the better and some for the worst. But no matter what stump I might be in, no matter what happens, Universal Magic will always be there. For you and me. Hopefully it can make you laugh or cry. Either one works. I know it makes me cry sometimes or at least sad. I have literally thought about Universal Magic every day for the past ten years. I cannot stress that enough. And it has gotten to the point where despite not having any drawings for these characters that I made, I see them in my dreams sometimes. I see them as the way that I imagine them when writing it. Hell, just two night ago I had a dream about Neon Party.
And it sucks. I wish I could draw but I feel like it’s too late for me for that even if I wanted to. I wish I could give you all a little more and show you all what I see in this. But I can’t and it sucks that I can’t. I wish I could do so much more with this, but my ability limits me. But no matter what, like I’ve always said, I will be here for as long as I can to write this. I’m not going anywhere unless something bad happens to me where I can’t write it. And hopefully I can also finish Season One for starters. Let alone Episode 23 for that matter.
But even if some of you go away and maybe stop caring about MLP; or even if barely anyone is using this site like the PFA, just know I’ll always will be here waiting for someone to come and read. Here or on another site. I will always be here. And Universal Magic will be too.
So I raise a glass to Universal Magic. Raise a glass and raise em’ high! This is to you Universal Magic and to TEN AWESOME YEARS! And here’s to ten more and even ten more after that! Let Universal magic live on and on and forever! To Universal Magic! HAPPY 10 YEARS YOU GUYS! WOOOOOOOOOOO!...
So with that being said, let's get down to the usual business. Then I'm going to go celebrate myself.

As for what happens next, I want to focus on that 11th story. Now don't worry, it is also Universal Magic related as well. But I won't say how or why yet, you'll just have until the 10th of June assuming I can make that date. But if you looked at the Plans / Outlines very carefully, you'll know what the 11th story is. I'm sure it's obvious by now but uhhh... you know if not, go on and guess...
Other than that, I've got nothing else. I'm going to enjoy the rest of my night. I wanted to do this right is all. So have some Big Black Car as I listen to tis every time I publish something. It is tradition.

- Added another sub-plot in random Stuff for Later in Mane in random
- Added a new thing to Alternate Timeline in Alternate: Compromised
- Added a slight detail to Discord Sequel Saga in Alternate, But happens in Mane. By the way I should change that and it call it off branding something because I’m not even sure why I named it that. I think it was just in the moment when I did it in 2019…
- Moved the Sequels to the Sequel Sagas from The 7 Mane Sagas to UMF in Alternate, Btu in Mane. Not even sure why I put it there in the first place. Oh well, I fixed it didn’t I?

- Added a little tidbit to Wolf’s Bio… yay…
- Added an update to Ghost explanation at the end of Season 3 blog post, added some juicy new details like the whole Al Chappers situation (which I will say up front I have nothing to do with it and I don’t condone what happened, but hey, it happened. I just wrote it down, don’t shoot the messenger as they say…) As well as the Popeye meme and a possible suicide (probably isn’t but you never know…) so check that out if you’re curious…
- And to top it all off, I added a total of FIVE new episodes to Season 30 Part 2, which are: Hey, Remember When…, Mr. Lonely, My Second Pony Life, The Elements of Protection: Kill the Elements of Harmony (Working Title?), and last but not least ( and my favorite of the bunch of the new additions) The Cryptid of Stalia… go check out the details. Especially the last one, I put a lot of details into the outline… And this brings a total of 84 new episodes in total thus far that I will have to implement at a later date. I told you… like about 100 episode or so before I add these… or more possibly… I’m not messing with that episode numbering until I’m in the mood… the nightmares that it will cause keeps me up at night…
- Pssst… hey you. Yeah you… I just want to let you know I actually have one more new episode to add, but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make it a Sub-plot idea or an full episode… it’s called Reunion, I’ll let your imagination roam on that one. Until later I guess… I’ll save it for the next month’s update…
