The Lone Wanderer officially loses track of his body count, in Wanderer's Diary: Weeks Eight and Nine.
In these chapters: Slavers, androids, and the return of James.
To my other readers, I know it must look like I'm neglecting Human in favour of this project, but these really don't take me that long to do. That's why I managed two this week. I'm just struggling with inspiration for the next chapter, (working title: Not All Treasure is Silver and Gold). I need to break up the scenes of the training with the Harmonites with something else, and it's difficult to write meaningful scenes with Second or any other side characters at this point because what they're doing is a lot less relevant. Think I've found my solution now though.
And it could be worse. I could be taking as long as Draven is. I kid though. Draven can't help it if his life is amazingly tragic. We are working on Shades, honestly we are.
I hope it'll be out before Christmas at any rate. It'll definitely be ready before the anniversary in a few weeks time. I may even have a Christmas special for you all, if you're good.
And also some time in the near future, look out for my newest project, Twilight, Season One. Hope you like your comedy dark and your story darker.

I work at a used bookstore, and someone came in asking for steampunk related novels. I showed her where they would be, then she asked me if steampunk was, and I quote: "Where robots have sexual intercourse with people." I told her it was and left.
