You forgot one thing. With that gasmask you need one way shades so no one can tell what color your eyes are.

A true S.T.A.L.K.E.R look has to keep their identity secret. Even in black and white pictures you can still do rental scans. That is why any part of the face has to be covered. If you don't use facepaint you have to cover your skin. This is standard in all black ops. So far your setup is a great start, but remember it can always be better.
