Now for the best part... It's all in your hands/hooves now! 
I am accepting adventure requests for the strange six, seeing as I plan for some adventures, help me build my stories with your ideas.

This will be a journey The Strange Six and you will take together, so as a change in pace, I will post my first chapter, look at ideas and then pick one and build a story around it.
Once we get to certain points where things get serious I'll let you know.
[Please no sexual ideas though, I intend to keep this story clear of that,]

I do figure that you've already got your idea for AJ, but I'd like to just point out the idea that she's actually a machine, using some kind of... I dunno, alien tech or something, hidden in the depths of the barn or somewhere else. Have an image in mind I remember seeing a long time ago, can't remember where it was now...
The following is just a description of the idea I had which generated the suggestion, skip it if you wish.
I was actually thinking of an alternate universe story of my own based on this idea of mine, except its where a human shows up a thousand years ago, asks Tia and Luna to seal him in stone for a thousand years cuz he wants to meet the mane six in the future. The Celestia forgets about him after the drama with NMM, and eventually pony scientists find his statue and performs experiments on him to mine him for his knowledge of technology. Fast forward a thousand years, and you basically get Shodan/GlaDOS with a desire for revenge and an access to nanomachines. Goes evil, captures Twilight, turns her into an android called Guilty Sparkle. Eventually in the story some crap happens and the Apple family is heavily injured, AJ being almost mortally wounded. Sparkle goes back to Shodan/GlaDOS, whatever his name would be, and makes a devil's deal to have AJ saved using the nanomachines. It goes on from there, but yeah, AJ-209 is my suggestion for that...

Hmm, that's a great idea, sadly AJ has been mapped out in a cirtan way unfortunately.
But hey that is a good idea, maybe in a different story. 😊

I’m not sure if you’ve got Twilight planned but a fun thing that could be a secret that she isn’t even aware of is that she is a ‘Dream Creature’, think like the Tantabus. Something that was created back before Luna was banished. Celestia kept the project and worked on it through the centuries and when it finally fully awoke that was Twilight. She placed a full Glamour on her to hide her starry appearances and she was adopted by Nightlight and Twilight.
This could explain why she is so powerful magically as she is a creature made of pure magic
