I twisted my leg :P

I was practicing executing the Kimura from a standing position, my partner fell on my left shin and now my foot is bent inwards. I can't do shit now.

Fuck it hurt. But, I managed to bend it back into shape.

So, now I have to take a huge chunk of training to let it heal. Even though it's fine. I mean, I can walk and all, I just can't bend it inwards OR outwards.

Eugh, so much for being inactive...

won't be active for too long for the next month or two. so, not much writing.

Instead, I chose to pour all my time into MMA practice, training everything from hooks to Kimuras. for a total of 5-6 hours a day. and even after that, I probably won't be able to get on here for more than an hour since my family wants to go out somewhere everytime.

in other news, I broke my punching ball thing.

anyways, year end holidays are upon me, will most probably try and do stuff, mostly regarding my youtube channel

after finding out that i just couldn't focus for more than 6 hours without the internet, i've allowed myself two one hour shifts per day.

in other words, i overreacted for absolutely no fucking reason.

but the stress of doing well and upholding my previous success is starting to get to me.
