Elliot Flare was born to a respected family, only to have everything lost when a accident claims the lives of his parents and he is left in a forgotten section of Canterlot called Old Quarter. Old Quater is home to the poor ponies and all manners of shady ponies. Elliot maybe be the only one who can save this forgotten section as the infamous Russo Whirlwind, a pony who, like Robin Hood, steals from corrupt nobles and from other thieves to give to those who truly need it.
