No longer motivated to write Sometimes Things Don’t Last, but given people here seem to like it, I’d feel a little bad about just deleting it if some people are wanting it to continue.

I WILL update, it’s just that I’m putting together an image that I’m putting in the chapter. It’s already written, I’m just onto the drawing part now.

The truth is, while I’m not good at ponies, in the sense of drawing equines or G4 style, let alone replicating the look of the show itself, I have been wanting to experiment with putting images in my stuff.

Anyhow, while STDL will be the “first,” I’ll admit I’m interested in exploring different ideas.

One of them involves Transformers (specifically the rather controversial Death Battle, I honestly think it’s funny), a bit of a vanilla crossover with a Zelda AU I’ve got (basically Mane 6 in OoT Hyrule but everyone is prejudiced towards each other), and one idea that, I’ll admit, kinda serves as a headcanon past for Celestia.

Truth be told, this story was just more to get out my feelings, but upon reading the comments, I’m taking it in a direction I wasn’t going to before.

It was originally going to end bittersweet, and while there still may be a bit of that, there’s a distinct rise in the sweetness.

Things end happily, but they’re also different.
