Fluttershy's first date with Rarity will be coming tonight. She's overwhelmed with fear of how horribly the date could go if everything wasn't just so. It had to be perfect. Fit for a princess! Surely this won't backfire!

Equestria starts loosing its magic for an unknown reason, and Twilight can't just do nothing about it. To help Equestria, and her friends, have a hopeful future, she did the only thing that could be done.

Fluttershy starts asking if Discord had a family. After some convincing, Discord decides to take Fluttershy to where their living now. You can expect some weird stuff to happen, I'll bet.

Most of this story takes place during the the very first episode of MLP. Instead of Pinkie being the one who saw the Sonic Rainboom, it was Maud! She threw the party that got her cutie mark, and her family was happy. Except for Pinkie, who had no interest in parties. Years later, Maud moved to Ponyville, and met the main six. When Nightmares Moon attacks, everyone thinks she's the Element of Laughter, but it doesn't work. So if Maud isn't the correct pony, then who is?
