The Chaos Zone That Is Our Channel

So, tomorrow Pony Profiles, a character review channel on YouTube goes live... and let me tell you, I'm terrified.

It's a month's worth of effort (and has been what I've been working on instead of my fanfictions, so sorry for that) but... I guess I'm proud of the completed product. I mean, it was never going to be fully animated or anything. I'm pretty much using the free software that comes with computers so... yeah.

So, I experienced a new kind of experience today. I looked through a lot of my oldest blog posts (circa, 2012) and realised... I have a strange voice... you know, as a writer.

I'm not particularly good at sentiment (which I already knew, as this is a regular occurrence) and I like to cover up any attempt at it with jokes, particularly jokes targeting myself.

As usual, I'm very, very self-deprecating, and again I tend to do this through jokes (I don't know why. I'm not that funny).

On rewatch, and thinking about how I can get my History Archives to work with this new backstory, I realised something. Tirek's brother made friends with Starswhirl, right? And then he told Tia and Luna about Tirek's friends because of his friendship.
