If you like your lead characters oblivious to the point of operating on an entirely seperate plane of existence then I have got the body of work for you!
If not? Well, then we're not in for a good time.
"Fluff" in the same way what collects under the sofa is fluff.

Well I'm bushwhacked.
Bedbound worked out a little longer than I expected it to be. It even had arcs! I didn't even mean it to have arcs. And padding. A lot of padding. That part is less good. Been a learning experience, at least. Right?
Hopefully. I suppose time will tell. At least some people had a good time.
I need a lie down now.
Bedbound is serving as a wonderful fixed point that I can keep in my mind. Normally I'm all over the place, getting nothing done. With this? Ploughing forward. It just goes.
The alarmingly positive response may be a factor in this.
This MLP stuff is a fine outlet to allow me to splurge out little chunks of nonsense where people are nice to each other and hug and there aren't any abrupt shaggy dog endings or vomit.
As opposed to the stuff I normally do. Which is short, full of bastards and full of endings that often render the whole preceding story entirely redundant. And also vomit.
Horses for courses. Hah. Ahahaha!
I went to watch Mortal Engines and have returned a sullen husk of a man in need of a lie down.
This has nothing to do with anything, other than I'd rather hoped to continue wordsmithing on returning home only to find myself entirely without enthusaism for anything. Sigh.
We continue.
I'm a simple man.
I just like stories where a human dude interacts with a non-human lady, sometimes in an implied romantical fashion, sometimes in an overtly romantical fashion.
And I ain't talking "Oh she's got a rockin' hot bod but she's also got bunny ears so really she's a rabbit lady" I mean obviously non-human ladies.
Is that so wrong?!
And it's times like this I remember that I wrote out a whole first-person human/Rainbow Dash vaguely romantical story that eventually concluded with them finally actually getting together, at which point I promptly forgot about the thing and never continued it.
Whoops.
Uh, should maybe get back to that sometime. Given that MLP fic is apparently serving as some sort of zen-like meditation for me right now.
Unless stated explicitly, all the hapless, thick-headed humans who feature in what I do here are to be assumed as English. Just for clarification.
As English as me! Which is to say 'reasonably English'.
Of course, ultimately, the aim is to end up with a TVTropes page about one of these things.
Then I will have come full circle, having learnt about this website though reading the TVTropes page for Sophistication and Betrayal.
I'm genuinely delighted to see people speculating about Jack. That's never happened to anything I've done before.
I mean, I'm probably going to disappoint everyone because I already know what's going to happen. But still. It's great fun.
