Wow... that seems horribly inconvenient. Your not allowed to save any image files from the Internet at all? From that perspective I really can't suggest anything other than Stupid Computer Tricks like using a stock image from the hard drive for now and waiting until you can access another computer to get another. Sorry hat I couldn't think of anything, and I hope I can be more useful to you in the future.
