I figured it out but it seems like the moderators are very hard to please right now with my story and to them it doesn't seem my little pony related even thought it is based of a game with mine and a few of my friends OC's, i tried my best to make it as my little pony related as i possibly can but its failed its moderation twice now. I'm starting to get a little annoyed because of it i'm sure that my story is related to this universe because i used a "Manehatten" and then mentioned two princesses. If My fanfic can't seem to be used as a story here i'm going have to look for another place where i can submit it. I really wanted people to see it and make it look interesting because i have been planning this story for over a year.

Yeah, the part that confuses most folks is "Publishing" versus "Submitting." On the main story screen (the first one you created) there is a red dot next to each chapter. If you click it, you can turn it green. That means that people who know about this story can see the writing in that chapter... but only if you send them links to it and such or post a blog about it! The story hasn't been submitted to the site yet! That means it hasn't passed moderation. To do that, you must hit the "Submit" button at the top of the story page, and the Moderators will look at it as soon as it as soon as they can.

Thank you very much, I can't wait to show you all the stories I have been writing for a while and hopefully i will have at least one story chapter done in a few days ^^ I'm really stuck right now i don't know how to find the publish button so i can submit my story
