Sorry about being, well, kinda ded? · 8:49am Dec 28th, 2016
Just starting to shrug off my lethargy, starting with a several hour meeting with a few other authors on teamspeak. Thanks for the opportunity, Harts Fire, it was a blast.
Want to know how far someone can get writing fan-fictions without watching the show? Lets find out together!

Been pretty quiet, to the frustration of some of you guys. I know, I've been saying I have a lot for both Sub and Twisted. I still do, I still have several thousand on Sub and plan on heading into the final arc of the story.
But alas, me heart just ain't in it.
Instead I've been piddling about, playing warframe again (holy shit, the resource drops are no longer that yellow canister? When did that change?) and writing two other separate stories.
I've seen a lot of people that drop off in their writing after getting called out for something that doesn't make sense. The most recent one I can think of was Bucking Nonsense, and while I was one of those that called him out for a decision (One that made little sense and was given a hand-wave of 'it's magic'), I really don't know why people let it get to them. Instead of either trying for a rewrite or continuing on regardless, he just stopped writing that story altogether.
So as many know, Trump has won the election. There's protests all over, there even was a call for a day off for some colleges for the students and teachers to "Recuperate from the horrible loss they've felt as a result". You know what I was told when I lost a game of baseball? Suck it up, it's just a game and there's always next time. These are college students and their teachers
Quit from Home Depot, not really up for working with one of the managers there(no surprise, he just so happened to be my direct supervisor). Only so long I'll listen to someone tell me what a worthless worker I am as I'm pouring sweat, while he drives around on lift equipment all day. Too many last straws, not even my stubborn laziness will cover that anymore. I'll probably be writing a bit more over the next few days. Monday I start my next chapter.
Picked up Stalker in Steam and have been enjoying myself immensely. The game is apparently meant to be played on Master, as it leaves most creatures susceptible to bullets and bleed damage, so that's how I've been playing. There's something special about a game that puts an invisible Cthulu monster in the first dungeon that can kill you in two swipes.
Anyway, I'll be doing a bit more writing over the weekend, but I'm also going into the Zone.
Time played:17 hours.
