I prefer the changeling's old look. Now, they look like they're auditioning for a part in that Technicolour Dreamcoat play.
It was a pretty good two parter, but pales in comparison to S4 and S5 finale.
We just have to wait for the movie now, I guess. And, to see if the show is renewed...

It didn't feel at all like a season finale. That's all I'll say.
Am I disappointed, or not? It depends how the second part pans out...

I liked Applejacks's film quotes,Spike's sarcasm, Pinkie's randomness and the fact proceedings didn't go the way I thought they might, which would have been for Starlight to make five identical copies of herself to spend time with all her friends (that would have been almost the exact plot of another episode...)

What an improvement from last week. A scam worthy of the Ocean films, the Applejack and Fluttershy combination really firing on all cylinders, but best of all... FINALLY AN UNREFORMED ANTAGONIST(S)!! Gotta give major props to F & F, they saw their chance at the end, and took it. Good for them, I say. 3/5
