It could also do this in main story, but it will bring it to mature.

Long ago, there used to be four ponies.

Earth ponies
Pegasi ponies
Unicorn ponies
And the alicorn ponies

Then one day it was revealed that they were all changelings, now it is time.

Time to find the REAL ponies

Should I do it? Make a story where they go searching for the real ponies?

I've got a new story idea in my head, involving Luna and the mane six having a slumber party, and there are two ways I can take it.

One way would be a short sweet piece of work, little actual conflict and assured happiness to follow within the first few chapters.

The other way would be a more serious piece of work, with more conflict and tension, with some doubt to when the good times return.

I'm asking you to let me know which of the two you wish to see.
