It's King Crimson's Islands LP. It's got a fantastic jazz-like stripe while retaining the good old spirit of classical progressive rock. Combine that with some of the best lyrics I've ever heard and you've got something that is quite literally meditation in music form. There is not a single day when I cannot sit down and just calmly listen to the incredible sounds of Robert Fripp and his gang.
