So, I have recently been introduced to this ritual known as "One-Shotober," in which I would have to write 31 1-10k one-shots and submit them all in October.

Should I do it? If I can write 6 words per minute, that means 31k words would be done in... 86 hours, spread along 5 weeks, give or take a couple days... That means around 17 hours a week, or about 2.5 hours a day.

For five straight weeks.
